Why can't I register a new account?
If there is a problem with your registration, you can try to register on another device and also, if possible, by trying different internet connections (mobile carrier/WiFi).
Did you perhaps have a game account with us in the past? This might also be a reason to why you are not able to create another account, as a person is only allowed to have one active account at the time. Try using the forgotten password link to check if you already have an existing account.
