How do I withdraw my money? Go to the right hand menu and then click "WITHDRAW". Select "Bank Transfer" and click continue. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw and click continue. Lastly you should enter your IBAN number (please enter without spaces.). When this is done your withdrawal is initiated and your account information is saved for future transactions. Note! I get 'X' characters in my BIC code, is there a problem? When you are in the process of either adding or changing your bank account for withdrawals, you will have to enter the IBAN number. When you have entered a valid IBAN number, you'll see that the BIC code field will be automatically filled in as well. If you get 'X' characters in this code, please do not remove them. They are part of the BIC code that is used when completing withdrawals.
